Organization Launch and Social Hour/Networking Party for Functional /Integrative Medicine Physicians
Building off last year's successful gathering at the AlC, all functional and integrative medicine physicians (MD/DO) are invited to join us for an Organization Launch and Social Hour/Networking party held in conjunction with the IM's annual AIC meeting on the evening of Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at the Bellagio Hotel (exact time TBD).
Social Hour and Networking Party- Any MD/DO's practicing functional and integrative medicine are welcome to gather and socialize with your tribe! There will be a cash bar available for those who desire. Come celebrate and socialize!
Organization Launch With Dinner! - Help us to launch this organization for and by Functional/Integrative Physicians! Since the fall of 2023, we have had 28 physicians actively working on educational and mentorship initiatives as well as the formation of a national organization of functional/integrative physicians (MD/DO only). All ideas and efforts have been based on the feedback and interests of many in the Functional Physician's Lounge.
We will have healthy and yummy food, and the different Task Forces will give brief updates on the progress they have made. The organizational framework and structure will be presented for ratification by you and we will end by officially launching our new organization!!
Cost- Social Hour will be a cash bar. The cost of Organizational Launch Dinner TBD, depending on sponsorship. (We are actively looking for sponsors to off-set the cost, so if you are interested or have any good leads, let us Know!)
While we anticipate that most physicians in attendance will be also attending the AIC, AIC registration is not required for physicians to attend this event.
Sponsorship opportunities- There are many opportunities for sponsorship of this event. While we recognize that IM's meeting already has multiple sponsors committed to supporting the AlC meeting, this event will be a unique opportunity to engage with physicians (MD/DO only) who practice integrative and functional medicine in a setting that is more intimate than an exhibit hall. Opportunities include but are not limited to booths/tables at the event, brand/logo projected on screen during the event, promotional material at tables, and a very brief presentation by sponsor prior to business meeting.
